As the ticket was cheaper, the guests from Bangalore; myself, Gayathri, Ambika, Roopa and Rohini, who though from Mumbai decided to join the gang in Chennai. The Gulf air was to fly via Baharain and the short flight was easy and comfortable.
We did not have much hassle at the transit too as it was fast and quick changeover. I only wish Baharain airport had better arrangements near the boarding gates. We were flying into Morocco a day earlier before the actual tour was to start before meeting up with the rest of the members. Dolores from Mumbai joined us in Baharain and as usual, the girls' gang had usual fun travelling together 😊

Just outside of the immigration point, we realized how popular Bollywood is in Morocco. An officer greeted us with Namasthe.
It was cold as we landed in Casablanca and we huddled into a big van to be transferred to our hotel close to the airport - Relax Hotel.
Relax Hotel is a neat, clean and comfortable hotel to stay close to the airport. Day 1 was also the realization that it is gonna be a difficult task to get pure vegetarian dishes in Morocco as except for three in the group rest were all pure vegetarians. We also decided to explore the city around the hotel and also visit the largest mall in Africa, The Morocco Mall .
Best part of the day was when we got to hear our elderly taxi driver trying to sing old Bollywood song and all of us joining in the chorus 🎵🎵
